Break into the Boardroom (BiB) is creating a new future for healthcare by harnessing the power of dynamic female leaders and connecting them with companies who are transforming our industry. Founded in 2015 by Deerfield and Oxeon, we believe the power of diverse boards will bring lasting change. We have a shared commitment to not only cultivate a generation of new female board candidates, but to guide these talented women toward high-level, high-impact leadership opportunities, enabling more women to claim seats at the tables where decisions are made. Our goal is ambitious yet achievable: We will place 1,000 women in board seats within the healthcare industry by 2030. At no cost to participants, BiB forges a community of bold female leaders who are committed to both their own careers and to mentoring the next generation. Together, we bring to life the model for a self-sustaining pipeline that will drive innovation, ignite progress, and safeguard the future of healthcare for generations to come.
